The HR Administrator will serve as an administrative leader supporting the HR team while leveraging their end-to-end recruitment expertise and advanced technical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support across HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, and benefits.
- Leverage expertise with Greenhouse and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to effectively manage recruitment activities and HR operations.
- Manage key elements of the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant interview coordination, applicant tracking, reporting, and recruitment workflows.
- Assist with HR data management, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to support decision-making and communication.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at improving the employee experience and optimizing HR processes.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience, including end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse and the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
