Discount Lots is a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Land Acquisitions Manager - Real Estate to join our Boca Raton team. While many of our 50-person team members work remotely, this role is based on-site in our Boca Raton office. We are seeking a personable and proactive professional to cold-call landowners and engage with warm leads who have shown interest in our services. This role involves initiating contact via phone and email, assessing potential clients’ interest, and scheduling consultations for our Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
- Cold-calling landowners and following up with warm leads to generate interest.
- Responding promptly to prospects who request more information.
- Accepting incoming calls from prospective clients as they arise.
- Addressing basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
- Scheduling consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives.
- Keeping a detailed log of calls, including unanswered calls and follow-ups.
- Making multiple attempts to reach prospective clients when necessary.
- Informing the Manager of recurring product-related concerns that may require attention.
Qualifications:
- Integrity – We do not sell to individuals if our services are not a good fit.
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
- $40,000 base salary, expected (OTE) $80,000
