Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communications plans for investors
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare investor decks and materials
- Identify and build relationships with potential investors
- Drive business development initiatives to raise equity from foreign investors
- Travel domestically and internationally to conferences and meetings
Requirements
- 4-year bachelor's degree or higher
- 3 years of investor relations experience
- Previous direct equity raising experience, with a track record of securing at least $20MM in equity investments from high net worth investors
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel 50% or more nationally and internationally
