Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Manage projects to ensure deliverables are tracking to stated timelines
Manages staff responsible for coordinating project deliverables
Manage Steering Committee meetings and working group sessions
Actively participate on complex projects through providing guidance, advice, and effective challenges
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accomplish shared objectives
Responsible for managing business strategies and policies. Develops and implements strategies and enhancements. Improves operations efficiency, mitigates losses, and improves profitability.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners
Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders
Identify and escalate blockers that put project timelines in jeopardy
Provide effective challenge and guidance on compliance risks and support lines of business through various interactions and engagements.
Determine reporting strategy to ensure information is transparently provided to stakeholders and senior leadership
Support procedure drafting
Update team procedures as needed
Develops and implements strategies that improve operation efficiency and mitigates losses.
Develops and evaluates forecast models.
Establishes effective production and strategy performance tracking. Ensures strategies are performing as expected and implements policy changes in a timely manner.
Identifies risks and implements strategies within servicing system limitations.
Communicates with operations and systems teams to ensure strategies and tests are being utilized appropriately.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting , Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics
2 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related
In Lieu of Education Experience: 4 years of Programming, Strategy, Automation, Process Improvement, or Project Management and 2 years of experience with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related
