Job Description
What You'll Do
- Responsible for supporting the business with the development of and enhancements to their risk and control environment.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
- Executes upon established sustainable risk assessment framework ensuring first line execution aligns. Supports the business with the development of and enhancements to their control environment.
- Monitors and validates risk and control library changes. Develops and maintains library of enterprise wide risk and control statements.
- Supports the business with developing requirements for the effective management of operational risk events.
- Implements risk program activities to ensure the enterprise carries out activities according to requirements.
- Monitors issues and action plans to ensure proper execution against relevant standards and policies.
The Basics:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration and Management, or Engineering.
- 2 years of Compliance, Internal Audit, Business, Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related experience.
- In Lieu of Education, 6 years of Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related experience.

- Primarily remain in a stationary position.

- Ability to operate office equipment such as but not limited to computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.
- Ability to communicate verbally.; Ability to communicate in written form.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- 4 years of Compliance, Internal Audit, Business, Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related experience.
- In Lieu of Education, 8 years of Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related experience.
- Preferred educational background in quantitative or analytical field.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop; Tableau server experience. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation and analysis
- Professional Project Management certification.
- CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar.
