As a key member of our analytics team, you'll work closely with management to develop and implement advanced analytics projects, leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning to drive business growth.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for creating reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Additionally, you'll actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within your day-to-day role to management.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics projects, including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations.
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identifying improvement opportunities, forming hypotheses, proposing, designing, and implementing tests to drive strategy enhancement and optimization.
- Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or a related field.
