Schedule: Saturday – Tuesday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Duration: 11 months with possible extension

Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP practices and the critical importance of compliance within a regulated industry. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, working collaboratively with a team to support quality control testing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory procedures to support testing within Quality Control.
- Collect, handle, and manage samples, including environmental monitoring, water collection, and testing.
- Conduct daily reads and approvals of samples.
- Maintain and operate specialized laboratory equipment.
- Accurately document, compute, compile, and interpret data, ensuring all information is entered into computerized systems.
- Assist in general lab maintenance and support activities.
- Initiate and/or implement changes in controlled documents as required.
- Comply with safety guidelines, cGMPs, GLPs, and other regulatory requirements, including maintaining training records, laboratory documentation, and notebooks.
Qualifications
Basic
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of work experience, or
- Associate’s degree with 6 months of work experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
Preferred
- Prior GMP laboratory experience (beyond academic research).
- Familiarity with GLP, GDP, and GMP principles.
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
