What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, qualify, and troubleshoot molecular assays.

- Transfer assays to QC teams and external partners.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and write technical reports.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's (10 years), Master’s (6 years), or equivalent experience in biotech/pharma.
- 4 years in assay development.
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques, including qPCR, ddPCR, and CE methods.
- Experience with NGS and assay validation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
