We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us in a couple different top billing markets walking into a warm market with existing candidates and clients. You will also have the opportunity to become a leader, running a business unit in the future! The average fee in this team is over $40,000 and there is an opportunity to scale to 10-12 people across each team. These markets can support multiple Million $ billers 💸. You’ll be learning from true market experts with over 11 years of experience in this industry, who have directly and indirectly managed and produced global top billers.

We have developed leaders into shareholders and million dollars plus billers in less than two years, and have genuine routes for new joiners to replicate that performance 💯 We have multiple pathways to lead and grow teams, head divisions, and open future offices 🏢.
Our commission and benefits are in the upper echelons of the industry, including 40% commission brackets, 5% team override 💸, 23 days of PTO ✈️, and 100% medical premiums 👩⚕️ paid for by Discover.

YEAR 1: $90k-110k
YEAR 2: $120k-$180k
YEAR 3: $220k
