Discover Your Voice LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to provide quality care to children within the normal environment. In this role, you will work with children and students to assess, diagnose and treat speech and language disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the development of communication skills in young individuals, ensuring they reach their full potential in both academic and social settings.
Summary:
The SLPA will work directly with patients to provide ongoing treatment. The SLPA will be responsible for providing therapy sessions and completing relevant therapy notes, reports & documentation. Execute, organize & document progress using a Speech Pathologist's treatment plan for children with speech, language, voice and fluency impairments.

Skills:
- Valid SLPA licensure in the state of Florida
-Patience, empathy, and passion for helping children overcome communication challenges.
-Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly in pediatrics or acute care environments.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, families & colleagues.
-Proficiency in speech therapy techniques and methodologies.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
