We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the initial onboarding process. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Facebook and LinkedIn.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Source applicants using various methods, including job boards and social media
• Coordinate interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
• Assist with the initial onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and training are completed smoothly
• Create and post job advertisements on social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure smooth recruitment workflows
• Assist with various HR tasks related to recruitment, including job descriptions, candidate assessments, and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Experience in the ABA field is a plus
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus
