We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the initial onboarding process. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Facebook and LinkedIn.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
* Experience in the ABA field is a plus
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems is a plus
* Experience using Salesforce is a plus
