Your Role as a BCBA:

We're looking for caring, play-based BCBAs to join our growing team in North Carolina!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Train and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to deliver quality care.
• Collaborate closely with families, schools, and other professionals to support client success.
• Track progress through accurate data collection and analysis.
• Engage in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continue growing.

What We're Looking For:

• Certification: BCBA certification is required.
• Licensure: LBA certification is required.
• Experience: Background working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
