Your Role as a BCBA:
We're looking for caring, play-based BCBAs to join our growing team in North Carolina!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings.
- Train and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to deliver quality care.
- Collaborate closely with families, schools, and other professionals to support client success.
- Track progress through accurate data collection and analysis.
- Engage in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continue growing.

What We're Looking For:
- Certification: BCBA certification is required.
- Licensure: LBA certification is required.
