Magnet ABA is a rapidly growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and lead our therapeutic services with expertise and compassion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on ABA strategies.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client documentation.
