Position: Part-Time Fully Remote BCBA
Schedule: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST
Location: Fully Remote
Hourly Rate: $60-$75/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct ABA therapy via telehealth to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and support RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure the accurate implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions.
- Participate in team meetings and stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification required
- LBA certification in New Jersey required
- Previous experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage a flexible, part-time schedule (3:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST).
