About the Center Director Role: As the Center Director at our Winston-Salem clinic, you will oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring exceptional client care and team development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the clinical operations at the Winston-Salem location
• Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, in collaboration with our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion
• Supervising and supporting BCBAs and RBTs
• Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Ensuring compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client care
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Training and mentoring clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LBA licensure required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical supervisor role
• Strong leadership and administrative experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and mentor others
