About the Center Director Role: As the Center Director at our Winston-Salem clinic, you will oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring exceptional client care and team development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the clinical operations at the Winston-Salem location
- Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, in collaboration with our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion
- Supervising and supporting BCBAs and RBTs
- Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Ensuring compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client care
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Training and mentoring clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LBA licensure required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical supervisor role
- Strong leadership and administrative experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and mentor others
