What You’ll Do:
Administrative Duties
- Oversee clinic resources, ensuring our teams have the supplies and equipment needed to succeed.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment by upholding company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate facility maintenance to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Foster a fun and engaging atmosphere by organizing events, holiday celebrations, and seasonal activities for our staff and clients.
- Be a go-to support person for our clinical teams, addressing operational needs and promoting a seamless workflow.
Therapy Scheduling Duties
- Manage client therapy appointments and staff schedules to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Quickly identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep client service delivery uninterrupted.
- Regularly evaluate scheduling practices, making adjustments to optimize efficiency and meet service goals.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling changes and updates, providing clear communication to all relevant parties.
Additional Responsibilities
- Tackle back-end scheduling issues, including auditing, resolving conflicts, and maintaining schedule accuracy.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities, contributing wherever needed to support the success of our team and our clients.
