Our community is looking for a Staffing and Training Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full time position shared between Discovery Commons Brookfield and our sister community Discovery Commons North Shore. Ability to commute to both communities regularly will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Posts positions and reviews applications for new hires
- Phone screen and setup of interviews
- Coordinate and attend interviews with supervisors
- Gathers pre-hire paperwork and performs onboarding
- Schedule training and follow up with new associates
- Ensures associate compliance with CBRF training regulations for certifications
- Preferred - has or is willing to obtain CBRF train the trainer certification in Fire Safety and First Aid and Choking
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree preferred.
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
