Discovery Learning Center in Mckinney is hiring for full time/part time position .Join our team as a Toddler /2's Teacher.
DLC prioritize curriculum development and provide a TRS standard education.
If you are enthusiastic about childhood development, experienced in working with children, and skilled in effective communication, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
DLC will provide all state required training along with class room management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Teachers are responsible for implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans provided.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's learning and growth
- Provide individualized attention to each child, considering their unique needs and abilities
- Monitor and track children's progress, maintaining accurate records for assessment purposes
- Collaborate closely with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's educational journey
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through interactive and educational activities
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in children to support their holistic development
-Potty train a child.
