Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized
- Assist with office management tasks and internal events
Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, well-organized, and able to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in German and English
- Prior experience in customer service or reception is a plus
