Job Description:
TPA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Principal to support our school’s mission of fostering a safe, engaging, and high-achieving learning environment. The Assistant Principal will assist in leading instructional programs, overseeing student services and discipline, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the school run smoothly. In this role, you will work closely with the Principal, faculty, students, and families to create an inclusive school community where all students can succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing curriculum development and instructional support.
- Manage student services, including behavior management and interventions.
- Support faculty development through coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
- Help coordinate school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and facilities management.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to address issues and resolve conflicts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
- Valid Florida Professional Educator’s Certificate in Educational Leadership.
- At least 3 years of experience in education, including teaching and leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of curriculum implementation, student services, and school operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
