You’ll collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and industry dynamics to present tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure candidate delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Attend and represent Discovery Solutions at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, meetings, and progress using CRM systems.
- Provide input on marketing and strategic sales initiatives, helping shape go-to-market efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations — staffing industry experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Familiarity with technical industries such as biotech, energy, nuclear, or mining is advantageous.
- Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite.
