Whether you’re managing the facility solo or with team members, you’ll be the face of Discovery Storage and a key driver of its success.What You’ll Do:As the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your facility. This isn’t just a management role—it’s a chance to lead, grow, and make a real impact. Your key responsibilities will include:Drive Sales & Revenue Growth:Achieve occupancy and revenue goals by driving customer acquisition and retention.Promote value-added services like climate-controlled units, insurance, and packing supplies to maximize revenue.Monitor and analyze sales trends to develop strategies for boosting performance.Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing tailored storage solutions and building relationships.Ensure every customer interaction is professional, helpful, and leaves a lasting positive impression.Resolve customer concerns promptly and with empathy to maintain high satisfaction levels.Be Involved in the Community:Represent Discovery Storage in your local community by building relationships with businesses, organizations, and residents.Participate in or sponsor community events to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to your facility.Forecast & Plan for Growth:Identify market trends and customer needs to help forecast future facility requirements, such as unit types, sizes, or additional services.Provide insights and feedback to corporate leadership to guide decisions about potential expansions or improvements.Maintain Operational Excellence:Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained to meet Discovery Storage’s high standards.Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues proactively.Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and unit availability using our management software.What Makes You a Great Fit:We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong sales skills, and a knack for customer service.
