CATERING PREP COOKS / LINE COOKS
Full Time and Part Time Positions, non exempt
Dish Food & Events, a Long Island City based off-premise catering company is seeking an experienced cook to join our team of culinary professionals.
Compensation & Classification :
This is a part-time non-exempt position, which means that you will be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 in a given work week at 1.5 times your regular rate of pay.
Job Purpose & Responsibilities
- Work alongside with the Executive Chef AJ Harris, Chef De Cuisine Jhon Jordan, Sous Chef Rodrigo Salazar and Pastry Chef Bianca Delacruz, responsibilities would include but not be limited to :
Production & Purchasing
Cleaning & Sanitation
