Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a boutique off-premise catering company? Dish Food & Events, is seeking an experienced Hot Line Cook to join our team of culinary professionals!
JOB OVERVIEW
- The Hot Line Cook will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to prepare food for high end special events including large scale weddings, gala dinners, cocktail events and corporate / social drop off catering. Focus will be on leading the execution of proteins and delivering consistent results.
- Must have flexibility with schedule requirements. There are opportunities to work mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
- Weekend and occasional holiday work may be required
