Front of House Manager– Daily Gather

Now, we’re looking for Front of House Managers who want to help us deliver unforgettable experiences while leading with heart, professionalism, and a true sense of family.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the shift alongside FOH teams — setting the tone, guiding the flow, and jumping in wherever needed
Communicate clearly and proactively between the front and back of house to ensure a smooth, unified service
Serve as the face of hospitality: greeting guests, handling feedback, and maintaining a warm, polished presence
Help manage expo and pacing with the kitchen to ensure every dish leaves the pass to spec and on time
Support FOH team members with on-the-floor coaching, development, and problem-solving
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the shift
Uphold Daily Gather’s values of hospitality, pride, growth, and connectedness through your leadership and actions
Help train and onboard new team members and reinforce standards through consistent, real-time feedback
Job Requirements:
Experience & Leadership
Must be 21
Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of guest service, hospitality standards, and shift management
Confident in opening, closing, and leading high-volume service with grace and efficiency
Able to lead by example with professionalism, warmth, and calm under pressure
Operational Knowledge
Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and reconciliation
Able to support bar service, host stand, expo line, and guest recovery
Familiar with food and beverage operations and able to collaborate closely with BOH leaders
Communication & Teamwork
Excellent verbal communication skills
A natural connector who works well across departments and personalities
Open to feedback and able to give it constructively
Ready to coach and mentor with patience and consistency
Physical Requirements & Certifications
Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Must obtain TABC and Food Manager Certification prior to completing training

This is a full-time leadership role scheduled for approximately 40–45 hours per week. Open availability is required, including a mix of AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Scheduling is based on the needs of the business and may vary week to week.
