What you will get to do:
Lead initial site assessments, feasibility studies, and preliminary design reviews.
Develop project plans that include resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
Oversee project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Track project progress and maintain accountability through clear communication and regular updates.
Resolve design and construction issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Provide expertise in integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations into project plans.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and plan reviews.
Oversee the submission of scale drawings and contract requirements for bids.
Manage and track internal project expenses and change orders.
Foster collaboration, positive working relationships, and team development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes to minimize risks.
Prepare and present project reports, including financial analysis and performance metrics.

- Quality Assurance:

Manage and track internal project expenses and change orders.
- Mentorship and Leadership:

- Risk Management:

What will make you successful:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager, with experience in K-12 education facility design and commercial building design preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaboration
- Proficiency with project management software, CAD tools like AutoCAD and Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
