Job Description
Disney Advertising Sales is seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for assisting a team on project management for advertiser driven cross-platform brand solutions within the News, Daytime and Syndications verticals. This role is based in NYC and reports into a Senior Manager.
Coordinator will be responsible for helping the team on project management of advertiser driven cross-platform brand solutions within the News, Daytime and Syndication verticals which includes GMA, Live with Kelly and Mark, The View, Tamron Hall.
What You Will Do
Help support team members on the development and execution of cross-platform (linear, digital, social etc.) deals.
Participate in idea generation and help with creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive).
Participate in idea generation
Help with all client-facing pitch materials that detail (customized and market-wide) sponsorship opportunities
Coordinate approvals among key stakeholders (Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.)
Help coordinate aspects of the activation process: timelines, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc. May include:
Draft project related paperwork
Coordinate approvals
Support in on-set shoots
Budget management/billing
Responsible for digitizing and uploading all branded content
Draft deal recaps and case studies
Help with sweepstakes management
Possibility to work with and oversee portions of intern workloads
Provide organizational support to the team including: manage status reports, meeting recaps, set up cross-team processes etc.
Some clerical responsibilities including coordinating and setting meetings, setting meeting agendas, securing conference rooms etc.
Competitive tracking and reporting
Bring an innovative and entrepreneurial lens to the business to ensure solutions are meeting marketplace demands and revenue potential is maximized.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 1 year of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio preferred
Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments) and professional presence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The hiring range for this position based in New York is $55,800 - $74,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
