Job Title: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our in-house Trading Desk at Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products.
This role will report to the Manager, Paid Social Strategy and Activation, and will be responsible for executing our Parks & Resorts paid social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience with paid social buying, campaign management, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure proper campaign setup to track performance accurately.
- Collaborate with the organic social team to promote key content through paid channels.
- Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage daily campaign optimization efforts to achieve traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Monitor budget levels and adjust as necessary.
- Utilize workflow systems to manage assignments and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Develop strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures.
- Manage bid rules and optimization efforts to drive account performance.
- Review regular reporting and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Execute and report on ad, landing page, and vendor beta testing initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads interfaces.
- Familiarity with major web analytics vendors such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 360.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Education:
A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required. A Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics degree/background is preferred.
