The Direct to Consumer Team seeks an Associate Content Programming Manager who will be a key addition to our DTC Content Programming team. This role is tasked with leveraging Testing and Experimentation as a means to achieve our engagement objectives across Disney and Hulu, with a focus on driving engagement KPIs through strategic optimization. You will work with a team of Content Programmers, product and other cross-functional teams to create and execute on platform experiments across different surface areas, devices, and audiences. The right person for this role has familiarity with content curation, data analysis, project management, enthusiasm for growth, and a broad knowledge of television, film, and popular culture. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Program Hulu and Disney tests to best serve the needs of viewers and the business
- Partner with team members on programming content optimization testing needs, and testing implementation as needed
- Develop, manage and publish experimentation merchandising in the service
- Execute and deploy tactics under supervision of more senior team members
- Work off a prioritized calendar and document projects
- Manage and ensure a rigorous, thoughtful, and globally coordinated testing schedule
- Conduct day-to-day analysis and optimization of experiments
- Create, update, and monitor Airtable tickets
- Cover evening and weekend programming events, when needed
WHAT TO BRING

The hiring range for this position in California is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
