  • Manage the end-to-end process of planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies (i.e. questionnaire development, programming, and testing surveys, analyzing results, and producing final reports), both as in-house DIY studies and with external research partners.
  • Develop actionable insights and strategies to address key business objectives, by synthesizing relevant data sources (primary, secondary, or first-party) to tell a clear and holistic story.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand key business questions and needs and coordinate with internal and external research partners to translate those into effective research programs.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field
  • 4 years of custom research project experience, preferably at a market research supplier or entertainment provider
  • Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Alchemer, etc.

  • Experience with SPSS, Reporter, Q or Marketsight
  • Passion for understanding consumer needs and attitudes and translating them into business strategies, particularly in the technology, media and/or entertainment sectors.
  • Experience with managing all phases in successful execution of research projects, including managing timelines, questionnaire design, data collection and analysis, reporting and presentations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a given time.
  • Knowledge of a variety of market research methodologies and their applications, with specific experience running tracking studies
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly with large quantitative or qualitative datasets
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to tell a clear and compelling story with data
  • Drive to take initiative in projects and ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Collaborative partner and teammate who can build good rapport, communicate effectively, and influence others when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
