About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Staff Structural Engineer to join our team at the Disneyland Resort. As a key member of our Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and sustainment of assets and projects throughout the resort.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical expertise, problem-solving, and QA/QC for projects across the resort. You will work closely with architects, other engineering disciplines, and multiple internal project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project delivery.
In this role, you will assist in capital projects and sustaining efforts for the Disneyland Resort, planning, conducting, and developing complex projects that necessitate the origination and application of new and unique approaches. You will also develop and implement building assessment programs, provide recommendations for repairs, and respond to structural assessment requests resort-wide.
