We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Structural Engineer to join our team at the Disneyland Resort. As a key member of our Architecture & Facilities Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and sustainment of assets and projects throughout the resort.
About the Job:
- The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the California Building Code, ASCE 7, ASCE 41, ACI 318, NDS, AISC, and TMS.
- You will work closely with architects, other engineering disciplines, and multiple internal Disney project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in capital projects and sustaining efforts for the Disneyland Resort.
- Plan, conduct, and develop/research complex projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches.
- Develop and implement multiple building assessment programs.
Requirements:
- 10 years professional experience working in Structural Engineering.
- Demonstrate leadership, team building skills, and mentoring young professionals.
