We are looking for a results driven, self-starter individual with strong project management, reporting and analytical skills. The person in this role should be comfortable translating data into clear, brief stories and who thrives working with a team. Responsibilities include participation in the creative process, development of communications, event support, evaluation and improvement of resource platforms and benchmarking various industries to aid sales velocity.

What You Will Do:
- Drive a review process of all guest facing communications on key commerce platforms
- Benchmark industry information to aid in identifying market trends, changes and challenges
- Gather and interpret data to showcase potential for revenue opportunities, communication effectiveness and process efficiencies
- Create tactical communication tools which help educate clients and unique market audiences understand the breadth of broad offerings, products and experiences our partners sell
- Assist in event coordination and video or photo content capture to be used for social media and other outlets
- Assist in building presentations to help express a business point of view with opportunity to share with senior leadership
- Act as an internal consultant for Sales teams by providing data-driven perspective
- Nurture curiosity and self-motivation to build, support and lead diverse, impactful projects
- Proven strong project management skills
- Proven strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution oriented mind-set
- Proven skills and experience working with creative development and processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities and timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A professional presence and proven track record of presenting a cohesive, influential story to all levels
- Proven skills in relationship management while developing professional partnerships that result in stable, consistent, reliable and courteous communication
- Ability to transform information into easy-to-understand visual narratives that clearly articulate strategy, drive new initiatives, or communicate value propositions and tangible next steps
- Demonstrated experience with influencing decision making
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Previous experience in project management, consulting or related field
- Passion for Disney Parks
- Previous Disney Parks work experience
- Proficiency in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, etc.)
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related major preferred
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
