Every day at Disney Parks, we take pride in bringing the magic of Disney to life for our guests. The Marketing & Commercial Strategy team is responsible for driving consumer demand and helping achieve business objectives (revenue, attendance, occupancy, and guest experience) for the Disneyland Resort. The team achieves these goals by developing business and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to build campaigns to drive consumer behavior. The team also coordinates the management of the plans to ensure each campaign or program is applied effectively across a wide range of marketing tactics.
In this role, you will assist the team with key priority responsibilities and projects across various businesses to achieve results. Using critical thinking, versatility, and team leadership skills, you will aid the team in championing specialized campaigns, compiling crossline business inputs, evaluating marketplace dynamics, developing audience content and strategies, and project management.
We are looking for a self-starter with a collaborative and positive attitude, embraces change with passion, and is not afraid to take initiative to move projects forward while providing a solution-forward perspective.
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 - January 2026.

What You Will Do:
- Develop strategic inputs and partner with creative teams to review and approve for assigned projects including project management from input to delivery
- Support the creation, launch, and performance monitoring of new commercial products in market
- Facilitate inputs for presentation decks including support of new and seasonal experiences, product launches, offers and campaigns
- Coordinate and facilitate updates with cross-functional teams across assigned projects which may include but not limited to developing and updating integrated communications and commercialization plan, strategic inputs, after action reviews, and digital updates to support on announcements, planning, and launches
- Partner with site communications teams to develop and execute content strategies, which may include content capture/photoshoots, social media planning, creative approvals, and influencer events, website updates
- Provide onsite support at assigned photoshoots and events that may require overnights
- Support reporting including key learnings, after-action reporting, tactical summary and plans
- Knowledge of and passion for DISNEYLAND® Resort and key offerings
- Proven strong business analysis, communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to problem solve, analyze data for a situation and formulate a point of view
- Effective project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to lead multiple projects from end to end
- Proven self-starter with ability to navigate and work closely with cross-functional partners across multiple teams and levels
- Proficient in formulating a story through building presentations and distilling data
- Expert in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Solid understanding of Adobe Acrobat or similar design program
- Previous 1-2 years’ work experience in a Marketing role
- Proficient in Keynote, Adobe Acrobat Suite
- Verbal and written proficiency in Spanish
- Previous experience as a Disney Cast Member
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Tourism & Hotel Management, Marketing or Business Administration with emphasis in concentrations such as Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Management, or related major preferred
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
