Responsibilities
- Provide structural support to the resort as a subject matter expert in the field.
- Lead scope development of all IFP projects for current and future fiscal year project planning.
- Provide technical support for legal claims.
- Maintain and update Disney Standards and details.
- Provide initial review for compliance of proposed space planning efforts/tenant improvement support/workspace options.
- Lead efforts with QC/QE team to perform regulated structural inspection and direct to repair critical findings timely.
The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in design, construction, and administration. You will have extensive knowledge of California Building Code, ASCE 7, ASCE 41, ACI 318, NDS, AISC, and TMS, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
