Summary
Job Description
The Case Manager for the Pre-Litigation team is dedicated to the caseload for a single pod.
The Case Manager supports the mission and goals of Disparti Law Group by providing exceptional service to clients, vendors and to internal customers. The Case Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of case tasks to maximize case value and to meet time-on-desk deadlines.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Case Management Specialist does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Quick to learn; able to work with minimal supervision
Education & Experience
High school graduate or equivalent, some college a plus
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Legal case management database experience a plus
Compensation Range
$17.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience
Disparti Law Group is a multi-state employer, and as such, any salary range provided may not be applicable in all states. Any offer made to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include years of experience, education, location, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The Case Management Specialist does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Functions
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors via email, telephone, in person or by other means.
- Prepare legal documents and demand letters for submission to insurance companies.
- Print medical bills, records and other documents as required by Pre-Litigation attorneys.
- Review case files to ensure all tasks are up to date; flag attorneys/Case Management Leader of discrepancies, as needed.
- Scan, upload and add mail and faxes to case management database. Distribute correspondence, as required, to attorneys and team members.
- Provide support to attorneys, administrative supervisor and other office team members.
- Special projects as assigned.
