What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at Dispute Resolution Center?
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate court mediation services and schedule volunteers
- Schedule/confirm/cancel courts and mediators on a weekly basis
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with referring courts
- Occasionally travel to other counties to meet with judiciary and court staff to supply DRC resources, and to set up mediation sessions
- Maintain records of mediated cases in Caseload Manage data system
- Coordinate cases that are referred from courts to the office
Education:
- Any combination of work experience and education sufficient to indicate ability to perform the job
- Background or experience in alternative dispute resolution a plus
- Proficiency in following computer programs (will train): Excel, Word, PDF, Zoom, email, Caseload Manager, Box
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
