Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and enhance employee performance across the organization. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for employee growth, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Duties

  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored content.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Workday for tracking training effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Conduct research data collection to assess the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance.
  • Develop curricula that incorporate best practices in adult learning principles.
  • Manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with training outcomes.
  • Facilitate conflict management workshops to enhance employee relations and teamwork.
  • Oversee organization design efforts to ensure optimal team structures that support learning objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote learning opportunities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development or a related field, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and content creation.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and tools such as Salesforce and Workday is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability in research data collection methods to inform training strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in conflict management and employee relations will be considered an asset.

Pay: $85,840.00 - $95,837.00 per year
