Duties

- Conduct research data collection to assess the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance.
- Develop curricula that incorporate best practices in adult learning principles.
- Manage performance management processes to ensure alignment with training outcomes.
- Facilitate conflict management workshops to enhance employee relations and teamwork.
- Oversee organization design efforts to ensure optimal team structures that support learning objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote learning opportunities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in Learning and Development or a related field, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and content creation.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and tools such as Salesforce and Workday is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in research data collection methods to inform training strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in conflict management and employee relations will be considered an asset.
