Key Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience working with companies in financial distress
- Demonstrated experience representing creditors committees in Chapter 11 proceedings
- Background in multi-national insolvency-related litigation
- Exceptional research, writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Stellar academic credentials
- Admission to the bar in New Jersey and/or New York is required
