Our established bankruptcy practice is seeking an attorney with a commitment to client satisfaction, an enthusiasm for bankruptcy law, and dedicated to being part of a team known for quality work and honest advice to its clients. Successful applicant will be responsible for working cases from inception through completion, managing deadlines and assigned tasks, resolving contested matters, maintaining quality of product, court appearances and representing clients at creditors meetings. Position will involve substantial client interaction requiring excellent interpersonal relationship skills in addition to scrupulous attention to detail while under time-constraints, and extraordinary problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Completion of JD is required. (We do look to also recruit clerks and admins who have not obtained a JD)
- Bilingual is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
- Successful candidate must be organized, efficient, detailed oriented, and possess ability to make independent decisions necessary to accomplish assigned tasks.
