Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

The Role;
You won’t be held back here. You’ll be taking a lead role in complex transactional matters, including:
- Acquisitions and Dispositions: advising clients on the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential properties.
- Financing: structuring and negotiating real estate financing transactions.
- Leasing: representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations.
This position offers exposure to a broad range of commercial projects, from shopping centers and large residential developments to industrial units and urban renewal initiatives.

Who We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Ability to lead on transactional matters and manage client relationships effectively.
- Virginia bar license required.
