In this role, you will lead and manage the tax department, focusing on ensuring efficiency and delivering excellence in service. A significant aspect of your responsibilities will include overseeing proposals and budget engagements while efficiently delegating tasks.
You will review complex tax returns at a high level, ensuring that they meet quality standards and compliance regulations. Direct communication with clients will be essential, as you provide them with top-tier service and strategic guidance tailored to their needs. While the primary focus of this position is not compliance-related work, you will still engage in some compliance activities as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- CPA designation required.
- 10 years of public accounting experience, with leadership in a tax department.
- Comfortable leading proposals, budgeting engagements, and managing teams.
- Strong experience servicing and communicating with clients.
