The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all stages of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motions, depositions, and trial preparation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for providing strategic legal advice to clients and ensuring clear communication throughout each case.
- Manage a broad and varied caseload in civil litigation.
- Handle all stages of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Draft and argue motions, write legal briefs, and prepare other legal documents.
- Lead settlement negotiations and discussions.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
The successful candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, active membership in the PA Bar, and 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation. Trial experience is highly preferred.
