A well-established, mid-sized law firm in Springfield is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This prestigious firm offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where professionals are empowered to provide exceptional client service while handling complex legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Advise clients on legal rights and options in various litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations as needed.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation (experience with commercial, business, or insurance defense preferred).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to be admitted.
