What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Manage Cases – From inception to resolution.
- Develop Litigation Strategy – Work directly with senior attorneys & clients.
- Negotiate Settlements – Achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Draft & Review Legal Documents – Including pleadings, motions & discovery.
- Take Depositions & Conduct Jury Trials – Gain hands-on litigation experience.
- Continue Growing – Access firm-funded CLEs, bar dues, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active & in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
- Exceptional writing & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, & goal-driven
- Strong trial preparation & case management abilities
