A leading global law firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to join its New Jersey office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of real estate documents, including loan agreements, purchase agreements, and leases.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and support to clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Take on significant project responsibility and manage client relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including transactions, finance, and development.
- Strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
