- What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and reviewing tax returns for partnerships, K-1s, small businesses, and high-net-worth clients.
- Overseeing client engagements and ensuring top-notch service.
- Mentoring and supporting team members to help them succeed.
- Leveraging UltraTax software to streamline tax processes.
- Collaborating with leadership and contributing to the firm’s success.
- What They’re Looking For
- CPA or EA certification (required).
- Strong experience with K-1s, partnerships, small businesses, and HNW clients.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide a team.
- Proficiency in UltraTax software.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
