This position requires engaging with various levels of customer management, gathering market insights, and identifying new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.Key Responsibilities : Maintain and update customer records in company databases with accuracy.Develop and sustain strong, multi-level relationships with clients, focusing on advocacy and direct engagement.Ensure a thorough understanding of industry trends and technological advancements to identify potential opportunities and advise on suitable solutions.Communicate the value proposition effectively, highlighting offerings and competitive advantages.Respond promptly to inquiries, opportunities, and formal Requests for Quotation (RFQs).Drive growth in Aftermarket sales through projects, parts, and field service engagements, meeting sales and revenue targets.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and proactively drive sales strategies.Manage and develop a pipeline of opportunities within the customer portfolio.Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to coordinate proposals and finalize contracts.Support market development initiatives and assist in launching new innovations.Prepare and distribute customer visit reports to internal stakeholders.Contribute to forecasting and planning efforts.Adhere to safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills : Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or project / account management.Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create value for end customers.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.High integrity and ethical standards.Ability to understand and resolve technical queries and requests.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and contracts.Strong skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP Business One and SalesForce.Fluency in English; additional language skills in European or Asian languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, up to 30% of the year.
